My Daily Grind

Here's the latest with our family... some updates and funny, cute stuff that happens in daily life. This is the best "job" I ever had! Carson is getting so much better at walking! Now he just needs to balance enough to let go. His physical therapist is so impressed with his progress and always comments on how good-natured he is. He is exhausted after each session and always falls asleep on the way home, even when he's just had a nap!

We took a cue from Natalie and made a blanket fort in the living room one day. It was so fun! After a day or two, I'd had enough, though. That's the joy of blanket forts--they're a rare treat, so they're more appreciated!

Monday nights are Family Nights for us. We have a little spiritual lesson, an activity, and songs. Andy calls the meeting to order by saying, "We'd like to welcome you all to Family Home Evening tonight..." For some reason, a couple of years ago, Spencer would raise his hand at that point, so now it's just a funny tradition. Carson loves to join in the fun.

Here's a couple of shady characters....

Carson fell asleep in the car one night while we came home from something. Andy just adores when they sleep on his shoulder like this.
