Carson's 2nd Birthday

So I'm finally getting around to Carson's birthday pictures. He actually had a few parties. The first one was with Grandma and Grandpa S. the day before. Then on Sunday (his birthday), some cousins came to liven things up. Then we played with the other set of grandparents the next week (Grandpa finally got over his sickness)! It was a fun-filled week.

I don't remember what this was all about, but they also played "Duck, Duck, Goose" and "Hide and Seek." It was highly entertaining for me to watch the grandparents trying to hide in the basement. I've never seen them move so fast!

He really did have a happy day, but for some reason it was hard to catch a smile!

Spencer had to help blow out the candles, but after practicing three times, I think Carson's got the hang of it! (By the way, I don't usually serve half-eaten cake to my guests, but it just didn't seem practical to make a new cake the very next day!)

Mmmmm! He's a man who likes his cake!!
