Hello dear readers! After much technical difficulty, I am starting to figure out how to find my pictures again. I will try to do better at posting more regularly.
Shortly after Christmas I changed my 'do. I decided to go with a shorter cut. The less hair, the easier it is! So far I really enjoy it. Other people either love it or they say nothing. At least they're following Thumper's rule ("If ya can't say somethin' nice, don't say nothin' at awwwll")!

Here is Spencer, sending e-mail to Grandpa R. He is getting so big! Kindergarten is still going great. He is much better about doing homework now and he is becoming an excellent reader. It is so thrilling to watch him learn!
I sure hope I don't get censored for this, but it was just so cute! For about a week, Carson had a strong attachment to his boots. He wore them all day, and I could barely get them off at bedtime. The other part of the ensemble was his Burger King crown. We are working on being friends with the potty, but it's a challenge just to get him to remove his pants. He doesn't like the chilly seat. One small step at a time I guess. Hopefully he won't still be in Pull-Ups when he's 15!
These two are best buddies! When one is gone (or napping), the other is bored. This summer is going to be a blast! They have already spent a couple of warmer afternoons outside. I watch out the window as Spencer and his neighborhood friends run through the yard, foam swords in hand. About two minutes behind comes Carson with a huge grin, waving his little weapon, delighted to be with the "big boys."

I miss the good ol' days of sitting on the potty just reading away, and having (not too many) cares and concerns at all!!!
I don't know if spencer told you, but I'm his new primary teacher! I'm so excited!!! he and Will are SO smart! I learned things from them I didn't even know..
Yea! Love the updates. The hair looks great, as always. I won't tell anyone about Carsons picture. It made my day!
